Terms & Conditions
1. First come first serve basis.
2. We only entertain serious buyers; no BACKOUTS or EXCHANGE after invoice been sent to you. BACKOUT BUYERS will be BLACKLISTED.
3. It's ok to change your mind, BUT if you do not want to purchase the particular item, please do send us an email (dheartycollection@yahoo.com) to cancel the order. You will not be blacklisted then.
4. Buying is at your own risk. We will not be held any responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
5. Items are 100% in new and good condition.
6. Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable.
7. Colours in the pictures might be slightly different from the real products because of the monitor setting or background photos lighting.
8. Shipping fee is not included in the items price stated. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items and location of postage.
9. Delivery charges via Pos Laju for items less than 500g:
- · Peninsular Malaysia - RM6 (every additional 250g + RM1.50)
- · Sarawak - RM9 (every additional 250g + RM2.00)
- · Sabah - RM9.50 (every additional 250g + RM2.50)
- · FOC ( Free of charges) for purchase MORE than RM150
10. Delivery via Pos Ekspres – RM4.50. Only for small items and items that can fit inside the envelope. For example: one box AMMELLIA brooch
11. Please ensure that your shipping or posting address location has someone waiting in during daytime as Poslaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest Poslaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.
12. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email and notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.

How To Order
1. Pick your favorite item(s).
2. Fill up the Order Form at the bottom of this blog.
3. After we have received your order, we will send you an invoice within 24 hours.
4. After receiving the invoice, please bank in or transfer the payment to our MAYBANK or CIMB account within 24 hours. If there is no reply from you, your order shall be released without any further notice.
5. To avoid fraud by some irresponsible people, please attach all the payment details ie; from which bank, reference number, time and amount of the money transferred after you have transferred or banked in the money. Fail to do so, your item(s) will not be posted.
